This is the chrome part with the worst rust damage of them all. Luckily it is only on the inside. I will paint it on the inside and polish it on the outside.

Back covers for speedometer and tachometer

These covers have severe rust on the inside, to save money I will clean, remove the rust and spray paint the inside. The outside is to be threated with chrome polish.

Oh no, looks like I need to get this chromed or buy a new one. The stem can be washed.
