Dismantling
The clutch cover has an oil channel that lubricates the clutch axle. There is a nozzle in this channel, probably to reduce the oil flow because this axle does not need as much lubrication as the rest of the motor. Must remember to put this back in. The oil seal for the clutch axle is [...]

The seat pan has gotten primed. It is the biggest part I have sprayed myself so far and I found it easier than painting small parts. The pan after painting. Nice and shiny now, isn’t it.

Dismantling,
How to
The carbon deposits on the pistons was very lose and easy to remove. I used a brass brush on my stationary drill first, then moved on to my dremel tool, also with a brass brush. I have not used it to clean the sidewalls of the pistons, they will be clean enough after a wash [...]

Dismantling,
How to
When trying to unscrew the clutch bolts, the clutch wheel will turn around and around. The best way to get the bolts out is to put something over the crankshaft opening to hold the piston rod. However do not try to be smart and stick something into the piston pin hole, you may scratch or [...]

Rebuilding

I’ve been searching the internet for an easy way of removing carbon deposits on the valves and in the cylinder head and on the top of the pistons. The first results just in: Soaking in WD-40 is no good! The carbon that you see has come off came off when I put the valve spring [...]
