The frame is to be sent to a company that does powder coating, it is now packed and ready to be picked up by the transporter company. I used strips to secure the parts and made carrying handles of an old towel.

Inside the cabinet, the cabinet looks pink because of the dust sticking to the walls. In one corner, it sticks to all the finger marks we made when we had the suction tube in the corner.

A screw did break when taking off the front master cylinder, I borrowed my brothers bench drill to make a pilot hole for the screw removing tool. I don’t know what it is called in English. But in Norway we call it a “pigs dick”, don’t ask me why. I will let is soak in [...]

The brackets for the rear turn signals, the one on the right has been in the sand blasting cabinet. What a nice surface to paint on.

Yes, I did buy a cabinet so that I can blow my stuff and not pay others to do it. I hope this helps me save a lot of money. I will sell this when I’m done with the bike.

Dismantling
Taking apart the left hand switch, a lot more complicated one. This houses the horn, turn signal and hi/lo beam.
